By using The Pastor App or visiting thepastorapp.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
The Pastor App is a pastoral care tool for pastors. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or theological counsel. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated drafts before confirming them into your records.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for obtaining any consent required to store information about people in your care.
Trial and subscription
A new workspace includes a 30-day trial that begins when the workspace is created. No payment card is required for the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. If the trial ends without an active subscription, your account becomes read-only: you can continue to view and export your data, manage billing, or delete your account, but you cannot add or change pastoral records until access is restored.
Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed on the web and are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the web billing portal; access continues according to the subscription status and period shown there.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other churches’ data, or use the product to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change. We will aim to give notice before material paid-plan changes.
