Does pricing depend on the size of my church?
No. Your subscription is based on your account, not your congregation size. You can care for as many people as you need.
Is this a Church Management System?
No. We're not trying to replace your church's existing management software — keep Planning Center, Breeze, or your directory. This app is built for the pastor's side of ministry: relationships, follow-ups, pastoral care, and the day-to-day you currently carry in your head.
How is this different from Notebird or CareNote?
They're built for care teams — shared logs, assigning visits, chasing volunteers. This is built for the pastor who is the team: capture on the go, a ranked list each morning, and answers from your own notes. If you have a care committee to coordinate, they may serve you better. If the list lives in your head, we're for you.
Does the AI ever write without me?
Never. Every AI draft arrives as a proposal — you edit it or discard it, and nothing reaches a person's record until you confirm. Notes you mark confidential are excluded from AI answers, summaries, and the morning list entirely.
What is the Founding Pastor offer?
The first 100 pastors lock in $12/month — instead of $24 — for as long as they keep the subscription. The rate stays yours; it does not step up after a year. Once the 100 are taken, the standard rate applies to new subscriptions.
Can my church pay for my subscription?
Yes. The subscription can be paid personally or by your church.
Can other pastors on my team use it?
The Pastor plan is designed for an individual pastor. Collaborative ministry team features are planned separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time, and export your notes whenever you like — they stay yours.
Where does my data live?
In a private database, scoped so only your church can read it. You can export everything or permanently delete your account from Settings.
Are counseling notes used when I ask a question?
No. Notes you mark confidential are held back from AI answers and summaries by default. You can opt a single conversation in when you genuinely need that context.
Can I use it today?
The iPhone app is in beta. Join at /start and we will send you an invite. A desktop web app — same account, same notes — is next.
